The EVO MFG JL Diesel PRO NV2514 kits are high performance coilover suspension systems.  We offer this system in 5 buildable configurations to meet most budgets and needs.  

JL Diesel Enforcer PRO Stage 1 

kits include the necessary upgrade suspension parts to convert your JL suspension to front and rear coilovers.

JL Diesel Enforcer PRO Stage 2 

kits include Stage 1 components as well as EVO MFG Enforcer JL
Front Lower Adjustable Control Arms to allow for caster adjustments.  Stage 2 is the recommended minimum kit for all currently unmodified/stock suspension JLUs. 

JL Diesel Enforcer PRO Stage 3 

Kits include stage 2 components as well as EVO MFG Enforcer
rear upper adjustable control arms for rear pinion angle adjustment.  Stage 3 is the recommended minimum kit for JLs with aftermarket rear driveshafts.

JL Diesel Enforcer PRO Stage 4 

kits include stages 1 components with addition of all 8 EVO MFG Enforcer
control arms for full front and rear axle adjustments.  The Ultimate Coilover Short/Mid Arm Suspension System.

The coilover component of these kits is where the rear performance resides.  With the release of the JL Wrangler and EVO Manufacturing’s history in providing the most proven high-performance Jeep Wrangler Coilover suspension systems, we knew this high-performance product must continue on the JL.  Our primary focus from the moment we started this coilover conversion project was to build the most high-performance largest wheel travel, lowest lift (LCG) product possible.  The JL suspension and inner wheel wells gave us an excellent canvas to do so.  Starting in the front with wide openings, high engine accessorial mounts and outboard shocks we found the ideal location.  By placing the shock upper mount up and rearward of its factory location, we are able to tuck the shock in close to the frame keeping it further away from tire which allows for more tire clearance and less backspacing requirements, but also allowing for a longer shock, more actual wheel travel and even lower minimum lift heights.  We then involved King Shock Technology and their engineers to build a custom length 2.5” Diameter long travel remote reservoir coilover to maximize travel and lift height.  The high tucked in bracketry and custom long travel coilover produces the ultimate bolt on front coilover kit available.   With the same philosophy in mind as the front, we set out to build the most high performance rear coilover kit for the JL.  We took the outboard mounting to whole new level but reinforcing both upper and lower mounts keeping the shocks slight reward mounting, optimizing travel without sacrificing the motion ratio.  We, with the aid of King Shock Technologies built a custom length specifically valved and tuned 2.5” Diameter long travel remote reservoir coilover to maximize travel and lift height.  The JL Enforcer PRO Kits achieve control arm limited 11.5/12” of wheel travel with only 3-5” (lift height is adjustable) of lift and most wheel and tire combination will require a backspacing of 3.75” or smaller. Necessary equipment is included to convert including brake line provisions, bump stop extensions, swaybar end links, limit straps and hardware.  All Bracketry is laser cut, CNC press brake formed and fixtured welded for great fitment.  This product is easy to install by the mechanically inclined or professionals.  Bolt on installation (Some cutting and drilling required).  Factory front driveshaft is compatible, aftermarket optional.

Front and rear adjustable trackbars are included with PLUS “P” kits.

JLU High Clearance Long Arm PRO Suspension System

When combining our JL High Clearance Long Arm kit with the EVO MFG JL Front and Rear NV2514 Coilover kits we create the High Clearance Long Arm PRO.  This combination of improved suspension geometry through the EVO MFG High Clearance Long Arm and increased shock travel through our JL Bolt-on NV2514 coilovers, allows you to un-limit the kit and run full shock length yielding 14.5” front wheel travel and 14” rear wheel travel.  Suspension cycling the most properly tuned wheel travel is the name of the game.  Starting in the front with wide openings, high engine accessorial mounts and outboard shocks we found the ideal location.  By placing the shock upper mount up and rearward of its factory location, we are able to tuck the shock in close to the frame keeping it further away from tire which allows for more tire clearance and less backspacing requirements, but also allowing for a longer shock, more actual wheel travel and even lower minimum lift heights.  We then involved King Shock Technology and their engineers to build a custom length 2.5” Diameter long travel remote reservoir coilover to maximize travel and lift height.  The high tucked in bracketry and custom long travel coilover produces the ultimate bolt on front coilover kit available.

The JL Enforcer Kits achieve 11.5” of wheel travel with only 3-5” (lift height is adjustable) of lift and most setups will require a backspacing of 4.5” or smaller on Rubicon model JLs (Sahara/Sport 3.75” or smaller).  Necessary equipment included to convert including brake line provisions, bump stop extensions, swaybar end links and hardware.    All Bracketry is laser cut, CNC press brake formed and fixtured welded for great fitment.  The EVO MFG JLU High Clearance Long Arm portion of the PRO kit through specifically designed bracketry allows for ultimate in suspension and chassis clearance, full coilover travel ability, optimal suspension geometry with increased ride quality.  Clearance, ride quality, performance and ease of installation was our focus in creating this long arm suspension system. 

The front arms mount tucked up inside nearly flush with the bottom of the frame mounting inches above the stock front lower mounting bracket.  The rear mounting locations for the long arm are on the side of the frame, above the bottom giving inches of clearance over the factory locations as well.  Keeping optimal geometry while maintaining as much clearance was critical in the design of this system.  In doing so, not only did we raise the rear control above the frame, but we raised its mounting at the rear axle by multiple inches as well.  This allows for an incredible ground clearance increase but just as importantly retaining flat and optimal control arm angles giving ideal ground clearance, smooth ride quality and long travel ability. 

The mounting brackets are specifically designed to require no exhaust cutting on 3.6L Jeep Wrangler JLU’s and have full length hard-face mounting surfaces that weld to your frame giving redundant and ample welding area and strength to their mounting. 

The mounting brackets align to the frame simply using existing factory holes giving complete assurance of proper locating during install.  Simply bolt brackets up to frame with existing hardware and weld them in place. 

EVO MFG Long Arm joints feature Johnny Joints on both ends of the control arms for restriction free articulation and motion with no wearable and limited bond rubber. 

All long arms come complete with EVO1 on vehicle adjuster making alignment a snap allowing for the ability to adjust control arm lengths while completely installed on the vehicle at all times. 

All EVO MFG lower long arms are built with strength in mind.  These arms are made from industry leading 2.0” x .281” wall Steel DOM Tubing. 

High Clearance Long Arm Kits currently compatible on 4 Door JLUs only. 

Cutting and Welding required.    

Aftermarket front driveshaft and front adjustable trackbar is required (not included).

We ship domestically, sorry no international shipments.  The majority of orders containing items listed as “In Stock” will ship the 1 to 2 business day. Orders requiring additional verification (security concerns, incorrect information, etc.) may need additional processing time. We ship USPS and/or FedEx ground with no signature required for delivered packages.  Please keep in mind most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays so if your wanting it for a specific trip or timeline be sure to consider that when ordering.  When carriers quote shipping days, they are referring to business days. OUT OF STOCK:

If an order is placed for a product that is labeled “On Order” or “Out of Stock”, we will keep your order in our system and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. Off Road Evolution reserves the right to split your order into multiple shipments without notification in an attempt to try and get your products to you sooner. If you wish to split your order voluntarily due to an out of stock item, please notify our customer service department and be aware that additional shipping charges may apply.

DAMAGE or LOST SHIPMENT:
If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify us immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. Off Road Evolution is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY:

Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by Off Road Evolution are covered by this Standard Return Policy and may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date.  Customer must notify Off Road Evolution prior to returning.  A refund will only be made if your request is obtained within seven (7) days of receiving the item(s). Items being returned after the seven (7) day period will only be eligible for in-store credit.   Due to the dangerous and stressful nature of racing, off-road, and performance vehicles, no returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used products. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages. Items that were shipped incorrectly, have been damaged in transit, or which require warranty repair or replacement are not covered by our Standard Return Policy and must be reviewed by our customer service department.

*ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED TO OFF ROAD EVOLUTION AND ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF UP TO 25%. 

REFUSED ORDERS:

Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard return; this means all shipping costs, and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier, will be deducted from the product refund. Off Road Evolution reserves the right to deduct these additional costs, from the product refund. If you would like to return an item it is recommended that all shipments be accepted and then sent back following our standard return process. Refusing a package has the potential to have it refused, cause delays in return shipping as well as incur additional shipping charges.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:

Off Road Evolution often sells items that are not eligible for return. These items include tires and wheels that have been mounted, any electrical items including lights, custom items and special order items.  These item sales are considered final and no returns or refunds will be granted. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing said items.  Should any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to absolve both Off Road Evolution and the manufacturer from any and all responsibility, unless otherwise required by law.

Off Road Evolution also sells unique or custom order items that are often times made to order and/or are considered special order items. These items are ordered in on a case by case basis. Consequently custom or special order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The buyer assumes responsibility that the items ordered will fit their needs.

PRODUCT WARRANTY:

Off Road Evolution does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer’s warranty.
